We are not the only ones who are head over heels in love with the Lavendula Dress sewing pattern.
Lone Thomsen from the blog Sewn By Lone has made her own version of the Lavendula Dress, and she is in loooove with it too.
This is what she says about working with the pattern:
I loved the process of sewing this dress. Sometimes I just want fast and furious, but other times I really enjoy taking the time to sew something more elaborate and detailed. Sewing this had a very couture feeling because of all the details, the lining, the hand sewing and the design itself.
Lone is based in Denmark, and she attended some of Signe’s Danish sewing classes a few years back.
We have stayed in touch (it so easy with social media), and when we asked for fitting models for the Lavendula Dress in the developing phase of creating the design, Lone was one of the lovely ladies that stopped by our sewing room to try on the dress.
Even our test model looked amazing on Lone, and we are very pleased to see the finished dress looking wonderful as well.
Lone’s review of Lavendula Dress is all we dreamed of when we made the pattern.
It is a dress that lets you be feminine, is easy to fit and lets you move with no restraints.
And best of all: it allows you to focus on the sewing process and relax with some hand sewing. It gives you some time on your own in your sewing room, creating some real everyday magic.

The Lavendula Dress comes with sewing instructions in Danish and English in an A5 booklet.
The paper pattern is printed on heavy paper that will last for ages. You get all sizes in the pattern (size 32-48) and can copy the size you need at any time.
The sewing instructions have illustrations for the essential techniques, but this is not a beginner’s sewing pattern, so some sewing skills are required.
